Not been doing much. Too hot

Hello. I haven't been doing much. But I will add a few pics. the blanket is blue baby bernat boucle yarn and very soft. It is for a friend who will have a grandson really soon. The dolphin cloths are knit from a pattern off of Ravelry. The doilies, one is yarn and the other in thread are the "I love you" pattern from a Crochet magazine.

New dress and hat for Mela

I made this dress for this baby. It is for little Mela. Her mommy has been my friend for a long time. She finally brought Mela to see me yesterday and so I made her this little dress and matching hat. I don't have Mela here to model, and no doll, so I put it on my teddy bear that I share with my doggie. She got a little upset and curious when I dressed the bear up. lol

The hoodie is actually for my other niece Elena. Her birthday is coming up. I am going to see my aunt today. I haven't seen her in over 10 years. So, I am going to give her all the stuff to take to Jan, Elena, Jessica and Ghianna. I just love the way this dress turned out. the pearl buttons really are nice.

Well, my sister had little Ghianna Mia Angelina Merino on April 18th. She is adorable, so her TIA Yvette has been making her things to wear and have. I also made a hoodie for her older sister Elena who will be 6 coming up soon. I made the first hoodie too small, so that is going to another friend, but all the pics will be here.

Been keeping myself busy.

Hello again. It's me. Been trying to keep busy with things I am making. I will post some more pics. I hope all is well for everyone. We have been kind of busy here with the weather finally nice. I try to keep busy making things all the time. It is a great stress reliever and break from the same old shows on tv.

Well, the memorial was great. The day was nice and sunny. I made 80 angel pins and they were all gone, I have to make a few more for the people who didn't get one. I also need to finish the last 30 for Hospice. In the mean time I also made a Romper and hat from a pattern in the newest Crochet! magazine. I got it last Saturday and made the romper after doing a knit cloth with lace and cables from a pattern from Rachel's Knitting yahoo group. The romper was very easy and fast. I did the whole thing in one evening. So, here are some recent pictures. enjoy.
