hey Ya'll. I started this blanket last night with Bernat Chunky. The colors are bright, but I like them together. The yarn was on sale for $1.50 at Walmart, they were clearing it out.



On the Nascar front today, Jimmie is still in the point lead. Thank goodness. He had a great race, even though he should have won, he was 6th. Jeff Gordon was 8th and poor Dale Jr. He was 34th. He blew a tire and crashed into the wall, was 45 laps down.

This is what I think of Tony Stewart. lol, he's not that bad but didn't deserve the win last week that is for sure. Regan Smith won that race, not Stewart. But Nascar gave it to Stewart because he is a more known guy and because of the sponsors on his car.

I forgot to add that because qualifying was rained out for the 8th time this season, My favorite guy, Jimmie Johnson had got the pole for tonight's race in Charlotte. I sure hope that he has a great race. It would be so nice for him to get a 3-peat for the championship. He is so darn cute and does so much for Habitat for Humanity by the way thru his foundation. I will post a few great pictures of him that I have.

Good Morning. I have been really busy saving alot of my patterns to PDF files, and so I have been kind of slow reading my emails these past few weeks. Hello. I am doing okay. Kind of bored at home, but I have been doing alot of little things. I will add the pictures to the slide show , or maybe just add them to the post. I hope all my friends are doing well. I have a little bit of a cold or upper respiratory infection going on, and it is starting to get cooler here in Colorado too. I am looking forward to adding more things to my blog, and I made 2 bookmarks, and need to type up the pattern to them also. Can't believe it is October already, man has this year flown by. But this is my favorite time of year when the leaves are changing to the fall colors before they fall.

My new slide show
